Returns must meet the conditions in our Return Policy & Exchange page.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we email the approval or rejection decision.

Approved credits are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.

Check your account, then contact your payment provider. If the refund is still missing, email gaveyephome@gmail.com with your order number.

Eligibility can vary for clearance products. Original shipping and customer-paid return shipping are not refundable unless required by law.
