Confirm the delivery address, phone number and access conditions. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. Multiple-piece orders can arrive in separate cartons or on different days.

Measure doors, stairs and elevators before ordering. Standard parcel delivery does not include room placement or assembly.
